1. Transit Time

Typical delivery:

  • Ground: 1 – 8 business days
  • Truck Freight: 1 – 8 business days

Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Charges and Methods

Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight, distance, and selected service (ground, lift-gate, inside delivery).
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
Small packages usually ship via common courier; oversized or heavy items ship via truck.
Truck deliveries require an adult to accept at a dock-equipped facility.
Optional services (24-hour notification, residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery) incur additional charges.

3. Prepaid Shipments

Unless otherwise stated, freight charges apply to all destinations within Canada’s 10 provinces using a carrier of Farrell Enterprises Limited choice.
Extra charges for special handling or customer-specified carriers are the consignee’s responsibility.
Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon tender to the carrier.
If goods are damaged in transit, Customer must file claims directly with the carrier.

4. Collect Shipments

We can ship via your specified carrier; however, Farrell Enterprises Limited is not responsible for tracking or filing damage claims on collect shipments.

5. Return Policy

Due to the specialty nature of the products offered on this website, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all product details, specifications, and requirements accurately reflect their needs prior to purchase. All items are considered special-order products and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all available product information on the website to confirm suitability and compatibility. The onus is solely on the buyer to verify that the product selected meets their expectations and intended use.

In exceptional cases, buyers may contact our management to inquire whether a return may be accommodated subject to a restocking fee; however, approval is not guaranteed and remains at the company’s sole discretion.

If a return is accepted with a restocking fee, FARRELL ENTERPRISES LIMITED inspects all returns and reserves the right to deny credit for damaged, used, or non-resalable items.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return freight, insurance, and tracking unless the return is due to FARRELL ENTERPRISES LIMITED error or defective goods.

6. Order Cancellations

If an order ships before a cancellation request, the customer remains liable for all freight charges incurred.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Visible or concealed freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

FARRELL ENTERPRISES LIMITED will assist with carrier claims or replacement as appropriate.

8. Backorders

Backordered items from orders qualifying for prepaid shipping will ship prepaid when available.

9. Export and Remote Destinations

Different freight terms may apply for remote or international shipments (U.S. destinations included).

11. Governing Law

This Shipping and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial courts of Ontario.
