Our Ratchet Strap with a Flat Hook is commonly used for securing cargo such as working equipment, lumber, building supplies, and other heavy-duty applications in both commercial and non-commercial settings.
Kinedyne weaves our own webbing with strict quality controls in place. The Kinedyne 512720 is manufactured to have the strength to handle many securement applications.
The heat-treated carbon steel ratchet buckle allows you to easily tighten the gold polyester webbing while the wide flat hook lets you attach to rails, edges, and other tie down points to safeguard your cargo. Our reliable engineering makes sure that the Flat Hook Ratchet Strap is long lasting, even under challenging conditions.

1. Transit Time
Typical delivery:
- Ground: 1 – 8 business days
- Truck Freight: 1 – 8 business days
Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Charges and Methods
- Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight, distance, and selected service (ground, lift-gate, inside delivery).
- All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
- Small packages usually ship via common courier; oversized or heavy items ship via truck.
- Truck deliveries require an adult to accept at a dock-equipped facility.
- Optional services (24-hour notification, residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery) incur additional charges.
3. Prepaid Shipments
- Unless otherwise stated, freight charges apply to all destinations within Canada’s 10 provinces using a carrier of Farrell Enterprises Limited choice.
- Extra charges for special handling or customer-specified carriers are the consignee’s responsibility.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon tender to the carrier.
- If goods are damaged in transit, Customer must file claims directly with the carrier.
4. Collect Shipments
We can ship via your specified carrier; however, Farrell Enterprises Limited is not responsible for tracking or filing damage claims on collect shipments.
5. Return Policy
Due to the specialty nature of the products offered on this website, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all product details, specifications, and requirements accurately reflect their needs prior to purchase. All items are considered special-order products and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all available product information on the website to confirm suitability and compatibility. The onus is solely on the buyer to verify that the product selected meets their expectations and intended use.

8. Backorders
Backordered items from orders qualifying for prepaid shipping will ship prepaid when available.
