Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel for enhanced durability, this Cable Weld-On Winch is very easy to install to your flatbed trailer to help you with your tie down jobs. This winch is designed with a 1/2" diameter hole in the center for easy cable attachment. To comply with North American regulations, all of the winches are stamped on the frame with the manufactured date, country of origin, and working load limit. The winches are engineered in accordance to CHP, WSTDA, Canadian 905, North American Cargo Securement standards, and DOT regulations. Use of any unspecified leverage increase device, such as a cheater bar, can generate enough force to break a piece of cargo control equipment.
