Kinedyne's Heavy-Duty Coil Chock/Coil Bunk is available for the load securement jobs that need extra strength for extra security. This handy and durable Coil Chock is manufactured from 8 gauge hot rolled steel to provide the strength demanded by fleets and flatbed operators for a successful tie down and also comes standard 33.25" long, which is ideal for securing a variety of sized coils.
When used in combination with 4" x 4" lumber or other suitable timber and the right amount of chains, our Coil Chock/Coil Bunk is an integral part of the cargo control equipment used to secure the coil while it is being transported. Note that the Coil Chock/Coil Bunk is not meant to be used as a cargo control device, and it should not be accounted for in total cargo control system working load limit calculations.
