Kinedyne's Lever Style Chain Binder is what you use when you want to quickly and easily tighten down the size 5/16-inch to 3/8-inch chains you're using to keep your load nice and secure. With a working load limit of 5,400 Lbs. / 2,450 Kgs., our Lever Style Chain Binder is engineered with a simplistic design with fewer moving parts for easy operation and durability.
Our Lever Style Chain Binder is manufactured with formed steel to meet and exceed the strength and durability demands of the cargo control industry. As the name suggests, Lever Binders use leverage to tension your chain, keeping a secure hold over your cargo when it locks after the lever rotates 180 degrees around the hinge. Attach both ends of the 3/8-inch Clevis Grab Hooks, and with one sturdy, swift pull and you're ready to hit the road with your secured load.
Be sure to never use a cheater bar or other handle extenders to tension your load. Instead, we recommend using one of our many sturdy and reliable Kinedyne Combination Winch Bars to help get you the leverage you need for a proper load release. All of Kinedyne's chain binders are engineered to comply with the National Association of Chain Manufacturers' standards.

1. Transit Time
Typical delivery:
- Ground: 1 – 8 business days
- Truck Freight: 1 – 8 business days
Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Charges and Methods
- Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight, distance, and selected service (ground, lift-gate, inside delivery).
- All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
- Small packages usually ship via common courier; oversized or heavy items ship via truck.
- Truck deliveries require an adult to accept at a dock-equipped facility.
- Optional services (24-hour notification, residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery) incur additional charges.
3. Prepaid Shipments
- Unless otherwise stated, freight charges apply to all destinations within Canada’s 10 provinces using a carrier of Farrell Enterprises Limited choice.
- Extra charges for special handling or customer-specified carriers are the consignee’s responsibility.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon tender to the carrier.
- If goods are damaged in transit, Customer must file claims directly with the carrier.
4. Collect Shipments
We can ship via your specified carrier; however, Farrell Enterprises Limited is not responsible for tracking or filing damage claims on collect shipments.
5. Return Policy
Due to the specialty nature of the products offered on this website, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all product details, specifications, and requirements accurately reflect their needs prior to purchase. All items are considered special-order products and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
