Designed to easily accommodate different sized Flat Hooks, this Flat Hook Receiver will prove to be a much-needed addition to your trailer.
Able to handle a working load limit of 5,500 Lbs. / 2,500 Kgs., this anchor point provides a strong connection for your heavy-duty tie down jobs. To make it even easier for you, this heat-treated carbon steel Flat Hook Receiver is engineered to easily slide along the C Channel Winch Track. This lets you have more control over where exactly you want your tie down point to be, offering more flexibility in your cargo securement jobs.
We have manufactured our winches in accordance to DOT regulations and North American Cargo Securement, WSTDA, CHP, and Canadian 905 standards. In addition, our winches are stamped with their manufactured date, the country of origin, and the working load limit. 1. Transit Time
Typical delivery:
- Ground: 1 – 8 business days
- Truck Freight: 1 – 8 business days
Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Charges and Methods
- Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight, distance, and selected service (ground, lift-gate, inside delivery).
- All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
- Small packages usually ship via common courier; oversized or heavy items ship via truck.
- Truck deliveries require an adult to accept at a dock-equipped facility.
- Optional services (24-hour notification, residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery) incur additional charges.
3. Prepaid Shipments
- Unless otherwise stated, freight charges apply to all destinations within Canada’s 10 provinces using a carrier of Farrell Enterprises Limited choice.
- Extra charges for special handling or customer-specified carriers are the consignee’s responsibility.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon tender to the carrier.
- If goods are damaged in transit, Customer must file claims directly with the carrier.
4. Collect Shipments
We can ship via your specified carrier; however, Farrell Enterprises Limited is not responsible for tracking or filing damage claims on collect shipments.
5. Return Policy
Due to the specialty nature of the products offered on this website, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all product details, specifications, and requirements accurately reflect their needs prior to purchase. All items are considered special-order products and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all available product information on the website to confirm suitability and compatibility. The onus is solely on the buyer to verify that the product selected meets their expectations and intended use.
In exceptional cases, buyers may contact our management to inquire whether a return may be accommodated subject to a restocking fee; however, approval is not guaranteed and remains at the company’s sole discretion.

8. Backorders
Backordered items from orders qualifying for prepaid shipping will ship prepaid when available.
