We've also engineered our winch with a handy thumb pawl that's easier to reach and activate even when wearing gloves.
In order to comply with North American Regulations, all of our winches are stamped with the country of origin, the manufactured date, and the working load limit. - Truck Freight: 1 – 8 business days

2. Shipping Charges and Methods
- Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight, distance, and selected service (ground, lift-gate, inside delivery).
- All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
- Small packages usually ship via common courier; oversized or heavy items ship via truck.
- Truck deliveries require an adult to accept at a dock-equipped facility.
- Optional services (24-hour notification, residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery) incur additional charges.
3. Prepaid Shipments
- Unless otherwise stated, freight charges apply to all destinations within Canada’s 10 provinces using a carrier of Farrell Enterprises Limited choice.
- Extra charges for special handling or customer-specified carriers are the consignee’s responsibility.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon tender to the carrier.
- If goods are damaged in transit, Customer must file claims directly with the carrier.
4. Collect Shipments
We can ship via your specified carrier; however, Farrell Enterprises Limited is not responsible for tracking or filing damage claims on collect shipments.
5. Return Policy

All items are considered special-order products and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
